WINE DESCRIPTION

2019

"Pinot Blanc presents a green, fresh color with the taste of local fruits such as pears and apples, hints of lemon balm. On the palate it presents itself with nice acidity. The Pinot Blanc was fermented cool at 16-19 degrees, this gives the fresh color. After fermentation, the wine was stored in a steel tank at 15 degrees for 2 months to lose nothing of freshness and acidity." Clemens Reisner
