The St. Laurent is aged by us as a classically vinified red wine in large oak barrels for about 8-10 months. It presents itself ruby red fragrant of sour cherry, which continue on the palate. Fruit, elegant, ripe tannins are nicely integrated resulting in a powerful body with a persistent finish.
