THE SUMMERKUCHL

The beginning

The SCHAFLERHOF estate hosted a series of culinary events called the SUMMERKUCHL in 2015.

Since then, June to August the SUMMERKUCHL opens its doors every year at the SCHAFLERHOF. The culinary experts and professional chefs Susanne and Mario Iorillo, Clemens Reisner's parents-in-law (Italian and German origin) enticed with Mediterranean cuisine. At the same time, wine lovers and enthusiasts enjoy exquisite degustations plus fantastic views for unforgettable moments.

Enterprise extension

2017 the culinary season pauses currently due to enterprise expansions in Germany (restaurant "Alla vecchia Stazione"). Hence, all enthusiasts are welcome to visit Montabaur (Germany, Rhineland-Palatinate), especially if you love mediterane culinary culture interwoven in German culture.
