This privacy policy clarifies the nature, scope and purposes of the collection and use of data of visitors and users (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Users”) by Weingut Hans Igler, Lange Gasse 49, A-7301 Deutschkreutz in Austria (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) as the data controller.

Collection of access data

The provider collects data about each access to the online offer (so-called server log files). The access data includes the name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.

The provider uses the log data without attribution to the person of the user or other profiling in accordance with the legal provisions only for statistical analysis for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the online offer. Collection and use of personal data

Data forwarding to third parties

Cookies

The provider uses “cookies” as part of its online offer. Cookies are small files that are placed on the user’s computer and can store information for providers. Temporary cookies are deleted after the browser is closed, permanent cookies remain for a specified period of time and can provide the stored information when the online offer is called up again.

Cookies are used on the one hand to facilitate the use of the service. For example, a cookie stores the shopping cart status of a user.
The user can influence the use of cookies. Most browsers have an option to restrict or completely prevent the storage of cookies. Information dispatch via newsletter

Before the newsletter is sent, the e-mail owner receives a confirmation e-mail in which he must confirm the newsletter registration. Unconfirmed registrations will be automatically deleted within four weeks at the latest.

Advertising information does not include messages within the scope of the contractual relationship with the user. This includes the sending of technical information, information on payment processing, queries about orders and similar messages.
Users may subsequently request to be removed from the notification list by sending an email to the contact options provided above.
As part of the registration process, the provider stores the registration and confirmation time and the IP address of the user. The provider is legally obligated to log the registrations in order to be able to prove a proper registration.

Use of Facebook social plugins

This online offer uses social plugins (“plugins”) of the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The plugins are recognizable by one of the Facebook logos (white “f” on blue tile or a “thumbs up” sign) or are marked with the addition “Facebook Social Plugin”. When a user calls up a website of this online offer that contains such a plugin, his browser establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to the user’s browser and integrated into the website by the browser. The provider therefore has no influence on the scope of the data that Facebook collects with the help of this plugin and therefore informs users according to their level of knowledge: By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that a user has accessed the corresponding page of the online offer. If the user is logged into Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to his Facebook account. When a user interacts with the plugins, for example by clicking the Like button or posting a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted from your browser directly to Facebook and stored there. If a user is not a member of Facebook, it is still possible for Facebook to obtain and store his or her IP address. According to Facebook, only an anonymized IP address is stored in Germany.

If a user is a Facebook member and does not want Facebook to collect data about him or her via this online offering and link it to his or her membership data stored on Facebook, he or she must log out of Facebook before visiting the website and delete the corresponding Facebook cookies. It is also possible to block Facebook social plugins with browser add-ons, for example, “Facebook Blocker”.

Use of the Pinterest buttons

On this offer, the buttons (“Pin It”) of the service Pinterest, http://pinterest.com are used. With the help of the buttons it is possible for the users to share the articles of the provider on their “Pinterest boards”.

When a user accesses a website that contains a “Pin It” button, their browser establishes a direct connection with Pinterest’s servers. The content of the “Pin It” button is transmitted by Pinterest directly to the user’s browser. The provider therefore has no influence on the scope of the data that Pinterest collects with the help of the “Pin It” button and informs the users according to its level of knowledge. According to this, only the user’s IP address and the URL of the respective website are transmitted, but only used for the purposes of displaying the “Pin It” button and sharing the content. Revocation, changes, corrections and updates

The user has the right to receive, upon request and free of charge, information about the personal data stored by the provider about him. Contact details can be found in the imprint of the provider.

In addition, the user has the right to correct incorrect data, blocking and deletion of his personal data, provided that there is no legal obligation to keep records.

Changes to the privacy policy

The provider reserves the right to change the privacy policy in order to adapt it to changes in the legal situation or in the event of changes to the service and data processing.
